My name is Miranda Redd
Miranda Redd is a native of Greensboro, Georgia. As a first time author, this book was inspired
by my children, Asher and Aiden, who have an endless capacity for wonder, curiosity, and
imagination. Watching them navigate the world with fresh eyes has reminded me of the beauty in
the simplest things and the power of a child’s perspective. Their questions, their laughter, and
their unique ways of seeing things inspired me to create a story that celebrates their creativity
and the limitless potential within all children. It is my hope that through this book, young readers
can see a little bit of themselves in the characters, and that they too will be reminded of the
magic that lies in every new adventure.
